General information on Ticketsale
All Uferstudios partners have individual ticket prices, ticket systems and corresponding fees. You can find more information about this on the websites of the partners as well as under the respective ticket links in the event calendar of this website.
Tickets for Uferstudios GmbH events can be purchased on our website, at the box office, in our Reservix store, and at the advance booking offices listed below. In exceptions, other points of sale and reservation options will be indicated.
For smooth admission, we ask you to purchase tickets online if possible. For further inquiries regarding reservations etc., please contact the respective organizer within the Uferstudios partners. The box office usually opens one hour before the event begins.
Ticket prices
We currently use the ticketing system Reservix. This system charges a service fee of 10% of the ticket price for each ticket sold to the artist. In addition, there is an order fee of €2.00 per transaction for online purchases. On our website we show the ticket prices including the 10% service fee and excluding the individual order fees.
Electronic Ticket purchase
When purchasing tickets online via the ticket system Reservix, you can pay by direct debit or credit card. Tickets purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged. No replacement will be provided for tickets that have expired.
Not all events run via the Reservix system.
Entrance and Exit
Ticket control is primarily contactless and electronic upon entry to the building. The maximum number of people allowed in each publicly accessible room is determined. Admission staff and evening service will direct the movement of visitors on the premises and indoors, ensuring that there is no congestion or high density of people on the way into the hall and that the permitted number of people per room is not exceeded.
After the end of the event, visitors should leave the hall individually, if possible in sections, and avoid forming groups. They will be assisted in this by the evening service and the admission staff.
Box Office
The box office opens 1 hour before the start of the event. Only tickets for the event in question are sold here. Please note that only cash payment is possible at the box office.
Tickets purchased by phone
You can also purchase tickets for events at Uferstudios by phone via the Reservix ticket system from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm: 01806 700 733 (€0.20 / German landline).
Concessions
Reduced tickets can be purchased at the box office as well as online. Admission with reduced tickets is only granted on presentation of the entitlement card. Trainees, the unemployed, students up to 27 years of age and schoolchildren are entitled to a discount. For some events, the contingents for reduced tickets are limited. Admission is free for the accompanying person of disabled persons. All studios are accessible for wheelchair users - if possible, we kindly ask you to book your wheelchair ticket via our ticketing system Reservix.
The Uferstudios are partners of the tanzcard. Holders receive a reduced ticket price for performances in the dance category. Information and order: www.tanzraumberlin.de/tanzcard.
Accessibility
We offer beanbag and wheelchair seating for all events. Reservations for these can be made in advance by calling +49 (0)30 460 60 887 or emailing mail@uferstudios.com.
