For our small café and foyer ensemble in the heart of our lively cultural hub, we are looking for committed and experienced catering partners who are keen to play an active role in shaping the Uferstudios for contemporary dance.

What we offer:
A versatile space consisting of a dining area (50 sqm) with a bar area (6 sqm), kitchen, and practical storage room in the basement (not wheelchair accessible), total size approx. 160 sqm. In summer, atmospheric guest seating in the courtyard is also possible. Furniture is available. Kitchen equipment is largely available.

The total monthly costs are €3,600 including utilities, which includes:

• €1,010 basic rent
• €680 advance payment for operating costs (depending on consumption)
• €1,110 flat rate for electricity (also depending on consumption)
• Inventory rental as required and agreed

What we are looking for:
A welcoming catering concept (in the style of a café, bistro, or modern canteen) with a focus on small, simple meals (cold/hot, preferably hot food) and an attractive lunch menu.

• Reliability and flexibility in planning and execution—we value good organization and reliable service.
• Beverage and snack service in the foyer on event days (approx. 36 weeks per year, Thu–Sun, evenings). Optionally, the café can remain open at the same time.
• If desired, catering for conferences and special events would also be conceivable.

Who is the audience?
Our audience is diverse and discerning, but not high-end: students, artists, and culture enthusiasts. Walk-in customers have also been increasing in recent years, so opening hours on weekends and evenings are also conceivable.
